A federal lawsuit is asking that a Ten Commandments plaque be removed from the wall of a school cafeteria in Humansville. The lawsuit also asks the court to order school officials to stop leading students in prayer. The suit has been filed by a resident of the school district who objects to her tax money being used to establish religious beliefs, dogma and ideas – as the lawsuit puts it. Humansville is in southwest Missouri.
