St. Louis County is being sued by a man who wants a gun permit but can’t get one. The suit has been filed by Dale Schmid, who is the president of the Second Amendment Coalition, a pro-gun group. He says county police have refused to give him an application for a concealed weapon, then would not accept his hand-written application.
