The Missouri women stormed back from a 15-point deficit in the second half to beat Nebraska on the road 78-76. It was quite a feat for Mizzou—they’re only the second team to beat the Huskers at the Devaney Center this season. The hero for the Tigers was freshman Ee Tisha Riddle even though she only scored six points on Wednesday. Riddle’s 18-foot jumper with 1:17 to go tied the game at 74-74 and her lay-up with 10 seconds remaining gave Mizzou their game-winning 78-76 advantage. MyEsha Perkins led Mizzou with 18 points and Stretch James scored 16. The win improved Missouri’s record to 14-11 on the season and 5-9 in the Big 12.
