The Missouri Tigers had five players in double digit scoring as they beat Colorado 77-65 at the Hearnes Center Tuesday. Senior forward Travon Bryant had 17 points, nine rebounds and six assists–leading the team in all three categories. Arthur Johnson scored 16 points, Jason Conley had 12, Thomas Gardner scored 11 and Ricky Paulding added 10 points with seven steals. The Tigers got the win despite being out-rebounded and shooting a lower percentage from the floor than Colorado. The Buffaloes were their own worst enemy, converting just 11 of 26 free throws. Center David Harrison was the guiltiest party, going 2 of 11 from the charity stripe. The Tigers took 14 free throws, missing only two. With the win, Mizzou’s record improved to 10-10 on the season and they’re 5-5 in the Big 12. Colorado dropped to 13-8 and 5-5.
