Evansville didn’t just excel on offense, they also out-rebounded SMS Ahearn’s offensive leadership came mostly in the first half, where he scored 18 of his 22 points. Clint Cuffle had 24 to lead Evansville. The Bears dropped to 13-7 overall and 5-4 in the Missouri Valley conference. It was the Purple Aces 3rd win of the season.
