The Kansas City energy company, Aquila, will pay almost $27-Million in fines for trying to manipulate natural gas prices for more than three years. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission says it’s the second biggest fine in such cases. Aquila has agreed to pay the fine but has not agreed to admit doing anything wrong.
