The SMS Lady Bears won their 11th straight game with a 70-61 win over Drake at the Hammons Center. Jenni Lingor and Keri Koch put the team on their backs as Lingor scored 23 points and Koch put in 20. Koch also dished out eight assists. Meg Tierney had 11 points and nine rebounds. No other Lady Bear scored in double figures on Monday. With the win SMS improved to 5-0 in the Missouri Valley Conference and have a one-game lead over second-place Creighton.
