Missouri presidential candidate Richard Gephardt gets his first big test today in the Iowa caucuses. Latest polls show the St. Louis area Congressman and former Vermont Governor Howard Dean have been slipping in the closing days. It’s Gephardt’s lowest standing in the Iowa poll since July. He was leading in November.
