The Saint Louis Billikens won their third in a row and snapped an eight-game road-losing streak with a 58-55 win over Cincinnati. The Billikens defense was stifling on Tuesday, holding the Bearcats to just 29% shooting on the night. SLU needed every bit of an 18-4 run in the first half to hold on for the win. Conference USA player of the week Marquee Perry had 20 points for Saint Louis. Chris Sloan added 14 as the Billikens beat the Bearcats for the first time at Shoemaker Arena. SLU improved to 11-12 overall and 5-7 in Conference USA.
