The return of Marc Bulger produced the same results that his first five starts garnered. The Rams topped the Cardinals 30-28 after a 319-yard performance from the former third string quarterback. Bulger tossed two touchdowns and was picked off twice. His biggest pass of the day came on their last drive. With less than two minutes to go and trailing 28-27, Bulger tossed a 58-yard strike to Torry Holt. That put Holt over the 1,000 yard receiving mark for the third straight year. Four Plays later, Jeff Wilkins kicked a 26-yard field goal to give the Rams a 30-28 lead with: 20 to go. With the win, the Rams improved to 6-8 on the season and Bulger is 6-0 as a starter.
