A 12-year-old girl raped at a Kansas city mall has gained State Supreme Court permission to sue the mall security company, and its former owner and management company. A lower court had ruled the girl and her mother had no right to sue. The State Supreme Court has voted 4-2 to send the case back to that court for further action. A juvenile boy was later convicted of attacking the girl in1997.
