The Central Missouri State baseball team advanced to the semifinals of the NCAA Division II World Series in Montgomery, Alabama with an 8-6 win over Ashland University. P.J. McGinnis grabbed his 8th win of the year against the Eagles who were hitting .370 as a team coming into the game. The Mules next opponent will be determined today as Kutztown and Columbus St. square off in the losers bracket at 2:30. The Mules are now 54-6. It’s the most wins they’ve ever had in a season.
