The Royals had no answer for Torii Hunter and the Twins. Hunter hit two of Minnesota’s five home runs, en route to a 14-5 win. Starter Chris George lasted just three innings allowing six runs. Dan Reichert, however, was saddled with the loss in just an inning of relief. Kansas City dropped two of three to Minnesota. They hope recent success against the Indians continues. The Royals face the Tribe tonight at the Jake, last week Kansas City swept Cleveland.
