The waters are rising and more rain is coming today. The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch statewide today and tonight. The flood watch is expected to continue for southern Missouri and extreme southeast Missouri into tomorrow. The Weather Service says it’ll rain throughout Missouri today and some of that rain might be heavy. Clearing weather is expected for the weekend.
