Kansas City pharmacist Roberty Courtney apparently diluted far more drugs than previously thought, affecting many more medical patients. Federal authorities say Courtney has been describing the full extent of his drug dilution scheme. When he pleaded guilty to federal charges in February, Courtney admitted to diluted four cancer-fighting drugs involving 34 patients. FBI Agent Jeff Lanza says information provided by Courtney since has shocked federal authorities by the scope of the scheme. Lanza says the drug dilution seems to extend back to 1992, thoughcomputer records agents have been searching go only back to 1993. Courtney has identified more than 60 different drugs that he diluted.
