Some frustration is being expressed as the second phase of the Doe Run Company buy-out in Herculaneum moves forward. Homeowners around the Doe Run lead smelter say they’re frustrated that the company doesn’t know yet whichof the 140 lead-contaminated houses it will buy first. Doe Run has pledged $11-Million toward buying 160 houses.
