Steuart Smith, a former hospital employee from Colorado, has waived indictment and pleaded guilty to the unlawful sale of hospital drugs. Gary Ravis, a former Kansas City pharmacist, has been sentenced to five years of probation and fined $250,000 after pleading guilty in December to a felony charge of receiving stolen property in interstate commerce.
