Governor Bob Holden has appointed his Chief Legal Counsel, Glenn Norton, to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. Norton has served as Chief Legal Counsel since Holden became Governor in January of 2001. Norton has previously served as Ralls County Associate Circuit Court Judge from 1995 to 2000. A search for Norton’s replacement as Chief Counsel would begin immediately.
