A 12-year old boy has died at Fort Leonard Wood after showing signs he might have had meningitis. An autopsy will determine if he did. Leaflets have been distributed to families living near the boy’s home, and to parents of children at the Waynesville school the boy attended. Theleaflets urge parents to watch for any signs of illness in their children.
