The State Senate has approved the use of state vehicle license plates to promote breast cancer awareness. If the bill makes it all the way through the Legislature this year, and the Governor signs it, Missourians will be able to pay a special fee for a special license plate. But Normandy Senator Wayne Goode has seen about enough. Goode has taked a provision onto the bill saying fund-raising license plates will be issued by the state to universities and to specific non-profit organizations.
