It really does not get much uglier then it did last night for the St. Louis Billikens. Despite leading by ten at the half and holding Tulane to 21% shooting from the field for the game, SLU lost to the #12-seeded Green Wave in the first round of the Conference USA Tournament 50-47. The Billikens turned the ball over 20 times in this one and scored just twenty points in the second half. This is the first time SLU has lost a first-round Conference USA Tournament game. Chris Braun led SLU in defeat with 13 points. The Billikens end the season with a 15-16 record.
