The St. Louis Billikens will open play in the Conference USA Tournament tonight by taking on Tulane in the first round. The Billikens are the fifth-seed while Tulane is the #12 seed. These two teams played this past Saturday in the regular season finale, St. Louis picked up a win in that one down in New Orleans. The Billikens are rolling heading into the post-season. St. Louis has won four straight and six of eight. A win tonight would match the Billikens up with UNC-Charlotte in the quarterfinals on Friday night.
