For the first time in a decade, Kansas City based Hallmark Cards reports business is down. Hallmark says it’s net revenues still hit $4-billion for 2001. The company had net revenues of $4.3-billion in 2000. The company blames the most of the dip on its delay in production of 25 to 30 films last year because of possible strikes by writers and actors.
