President George W. Bush will visit Missouri on March 18th to take part in a campaign fundraiser for Republican Senate candidate Jim Talent. The event is scheduled for America’s Center in downtown St. Louis. Talent, a former St. Louis area Congressman who is challenging Senator Jean Carnahan, says he’s pleased to have the President campaigning on his behalf. Talent adds he believes President Bush shares the common sense, conservative values of the heartland that he embraces.
