The Dillards department store in a big St.Louis shopping center is facing federal civil rights charges. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says the store vilated the rights of Sharon Conway, who is a part-time Baptist minister, by asking her to resign or be fired because her church obligations had caused her to miss work.
