The NFL expansion draft was yesterday as the Houston Texans built their roster with players left unprotected by the other 31 teams in the league. St. Louis lost one player as the Texans selected linebacker Brian Allen off the Rams unprotected list with the 18th overall selection. Allen played in just three games as a rookie last season after being drafted in the 3rd round out of Florida State.
