The Houston Texans will begin to piece together their initial roster today as the NFL holds its expansion draft. Both the Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Rams have left five players unprotected for the Texans to choose from. The biggest name available from the Chiefs roster is WR Derrick Alexander while the most notable Ram left unprotected is LB Mark Fields. Every team will lose at least one player during today’s event.
