One of the best team’s the Missouri Valley Conference has to offer will be in Springfield tonight to take on the Southwest Missouri State Bears. Southern Illinois is 21-4 this season and they are tied with Creighton for the MVC lead with an 11-2 conference mark. The Bears are 12-13 overall and 7-6 in the MVC. These two teams met in Carbondale earlier this season with the Salukis capturing an 84-74 decision.
