The St. Louis Rams have denied a request made by the Atlanta Falcons to talk with GM Charley Armey about a similar post in their organization. Armey had served as a scout with Atlanta from 1988 to 1990. He has been with the Rams since 1997 and he has three years remaining on his current contract.
