The St. Louis Cardinals have inked righthander Jaime Navarro to a minor-league contract. Navarro has won 116 games in the big leagues with Milwaukee, Cleveland, the Cubs and the White Sox. He spent last season in the Atlantic League, leading the loop with 176 innings pitched and five complete games while winning 11 contests.
