The Southwest Missouri State Bears are now 9-11 overall and 4-4 in the Missouri Valley Conference after hamering Evansville at the Hammons Center last night 76-55. The Bears were too much for the Aces on the glass, outrebounding them 39-26. Mike Wallace and Dano Novak led SMS offensively with 14 points each. Wallace also pulled down a team-high nine rebounds.
