The St. Louis based financial services firm, Edward Jones, has topped Fortune Magazine’s list of the “Best Companies to Work for in America.” It marks Edward Jones’ fourth consecutive appearance on the list, but the first time it has grabbed the top spot. Fortune 100 made its selections based on a scoring system that included anonymous employee surveys. Edward Jones was chosen from 279 major employers looked at by Fortune.
