Four Kansas City Royals have filed for salary arbitration. They are outfielder Carlos Beltran, pitcher Jose Rosado, shortstop Neifi Perez and second baseman Carlos Febles. The Royals and the players will exchange salary figures on Friday and then hearing dates will be set.
