The Securities Division of the Missouri Secretary of State’s Office has issued a cease and desist order against three Florida businesses and their representatives for offering unregistered securities in Missouri. The businesses listed in the order are: 3001 AD, Beta Zone Partnership, and Dibney Corporation. None of the individuals listed in the order are licensed to sell securities in Missouri.
