The Missouri Department of Transportation’s annual report shows a record $908 Million in construction contracts and revenues of more than $1 Billion. The report, which covers MoDOT’s operations from July 1st of 2000 to June 30th of this year, includes goals and major projects completed for the last fiscal year. According to the report, 61 percent of fees and taxes collected went to state highways, with the rest going to counties, cities and other state agencies.
