The Kansas City Chiefs made a couple of moves on the day after Christmas. First they signed free agent wide receiver Reggie Jones to a three-year contract. Jones spent the first half of the season with San Diego before being let go. He caught five passes while with the Chargers. To make room for Jones on the roster, wide receiver Larry Parker was placed on injrued reserve. The Chiefs also added cornerback Ahmad Hawkins to the practice squad.
