The Southwest Missouri State Lady Bears suffered their worst home loss since 1994 last night, losing to Denver at Hammons Student Center 70-50. It’s the Lady Bears worst loss at Hammons Student Center since a 72-37 defeat at the hands of Vanderbilt back in ’94. Carolyn Weirick led SMS with 14 points and 12 rebounds. The Lady Bears have dropped three straight and they are now 3-5 on the season.
