A 16-year-old boy has been charged with the kidnapping of 15-year-old Sarah McCoy of Easton, who was found dead on Wednesday. The identity of the teenager has not been released. He’s in custody in Buchanan County pending a hearing next week. Police are continuing to investigate the girl’s disappearance and death as a murder-suicide, but no one has yet been charged in the girl’s death.
