The Missouri Security Panel, which was set up in response to the September 11th terrorist attacks, has held its first meeting. Governor Holden addressed the Jefferson City gathering, saying he hopes to see the 32 member Panel coming up with ideas and suggestions for implementing anti-terrorist efforts. The Governor stressed the importance of law enforcement and health authorities at all levels of government sharing information. After a series of meetings throughout the state, the Panel will present its findings to the Governor in January.
