Playing for the first-time since mid-October, Marshall Faulk rushed for 183 yards and two touchdowns leading the St. Louis Rams to an easy 48-14 win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Faulk played only the first-half, opening the scoring with a 71-yard touchdown run on the third play from scrimmage. The reigning NFL MVP had missed the last two games with a bone bruise in his knee. Trung Candidate rushed for 145 yards after taking over for Faulk in the second-half, he scored on a 23-yard run in the third quarter. The Rams defense also stepped up as they held Carolina without a first down until halfway through the third quarter and scored a touchdown of their own on an Aeneas Williams interception return in the third quarter.
