Former Missouri head football coach Woody Widenhofer has resigned from his current gig as Vanderbilt’s head man, effective at the end of the season. The Commodores (2-6) are 15-37 during Widenhofer’s reign, including an awful 4-33 mark in SEC games. Last week Vanderbilt lost to the University of Florida 71-13. Widenhofer spent four years as the head coach of the Tigers from 1985-1988 putting together a 12-31-1 record.
