Governor Bob Holden says Missouri needs federal help in dealing with the terrorist threat. Governor Holden says public health issues are the top priority in homeland security. Holden says the public needs to be reassured by government that needed protection and services are available. But he says states like Missouri need more than words from Washington. He says he’s generally pleased with he way in which the Bush Administration has responded since September 11th. He adds all levels of government need to share information – something that has not always happened in the past.
