The Big 12 Conference will once again play its football championship game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City in the year 2003. The announcemnet was made yesterday. This will be the second time in four years that Arrowhead has been the site of the conference championship. Oklahoma beat Kansas State 27-24 last season in the title game in Kansas City.
