The Missouri Department of Health reports the laboratory test checking a St. Louis man for anthrax has come back negative. The man was tested for anthrax after learning that he had been in the American Media Incorporated building in Boca Raton, Florida, during two days that were within the timeframe being investigated for anthrax exposure. In another case, the Department has verified the laptop computer reportedly shipped from the AMI building actually was never inthe building – it had been shipped from another location. So, there is no need to test.
