In the wake of the terrorist attacks we’ve seen such slogans as “God Bless America” on billboards, in store windows, even in public schools. The American Civil Liberties Union says that’s okay – for now. The ACLU of Eastern Missouri says it’s understandable that prayer meetings and religious outpourings would take place following the attacks. But it wants to make sure the terrorist acts are not used to have what it calls government-sponsored religion in the schools.
