Governor Bob Holden has named retired Army Colonel Timothy Daniel to review the state’s emergency response plans in the wake of the September 11th terrorist attacks. The Columbia resident has nearly thirty years of military experience with six years in command at the company, battalion and brigade levels. Daniel will advise the new national Office of Homeland Security, headed by Tom Ridge, of Missouri’s readiness in the event of another terrorist assault.
