An audit of state employees’ cellular phone use shows taxpayers are picking up the tab for many personal calls. State Auditor Claire McCaskill says it’s to be expected that more and more state workers are going to be using cell phones. McCaskill says there must be better monitoring of cell phone usage, with state workers reimbursing the state for personal calls.
