Attorney General Jay Nixon is warning gas stations and suppliers that any attempts to take advantage of the situation created by the terrorist attacks would be met with swift action. Nixon says his office has received hundreds of calls and e-mails from consumers concerning gas prices and large price hikes. Nixon says profiteering during a time of tragedy and crisis is both unconscionable and illegal.
