Governor Bob Holden’s Chief of Staff is calling it quits. Julie Gibson plans to leave the post November 1st to take a job with the Missouri Democratic Party. Prior to serving in the Governor’s Office, Gibson was chief of staff to Holden during his days as State Treasurer. Gibson will take on a consulting role with the Democrats, focusing on the 2002 elections.
