Governor Holden has announced a new round of budget cuts. Lower than expected revenues have the state expecting hundreds of millions of dollars less than it planned to keep the state functioning. So, there will be cutbacks on administrative operations. That inlcudes travel, computers, furniture, and professional development. In addition, many state agencies will allow vacancies to go unfilled.
